General Terms

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since the delivery date, unfortunately we are not able to offer a refund or an exchange.

The quality of each piece is inspected and controlled before any shipping. A picture of each pieces is taken before shipping.

Deliveries are made via Colissimo with tracking number. An email confirming the shipping of the package will be sent to you with the tracking number as soon as the order is shipped.

The delivery time for any order placed on the website may vary depending on the number of orders in progress.The maximum delivery period is therefore 30 days from the day the order is placed.


Once we receive and inspect your returned item , we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are eligible for a refund, please note that the original shipping costs will not be reimbursed, neither will the cost o return shipping.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank accaount again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially available on your account.

If you need to exchange or to return send us an email at

Te bo eligible for return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must be not worn, nos stained, not washed, not personalised. It must also be contained in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged piece to reach you, may vary.

P.P specifies that customs duties are the responsability of the customer regardless of the country of import. The amount of any customs duties will not be indicated on the website
